Young white wine, made 50% with the Listán Blanco of the Canary Islands and 50% with Moscatel of Alexandria. The grapes come from vineyards located in Tenerife and located between 400 and 1,000 meters above sea level. After a cold maceration, with its skins, for 4 hours, it is pressed subtly to then ferment for 15 days in stainless steel deposits. Fermentation stops naturally with cold so that there is a few grams of residual sugar from the must and it is pleasant in the mouth. High aromatic intensity, fresh and very pleasant.
